Pharmacy Weight Loss Pitlochry is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Pitlochry and the surrounding UK. We operate in accordance with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if our clinical team determines it is not appropriate or safe to do so. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our qualified pharmacist prescriber.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment. No prescription will be issued automatically or without professional review. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement and may decline to prescribe if it is not in your best interest.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant health history. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order and could pose a risk to your health. Prescriptions issued are valid for the duration specified on the prescription and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without your consent.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. If your consultation results in a clinical decision not to prescribe, you will be refunded the cost of the medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made to the UK address provided at the time of order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. Medicines should be stored in accordance with the instructions provided in the packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in line with UK medicines legislation and GPhC guidance.
If an order has not yet been clinically reviewed, a full refund will be issued. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary care provider. Weight loss medications are not suitable for everyone, and results will vary between individuals. Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
